Bases of Urban design development is a first year course within the architectural program at Universidad Europea de Madrid. Where the goal is to get knowledge in city analyzing, theoretiocal history, urban planning and design.

It involves the design and planning of buildings, public spaces, transportations systems and other infrastructure elements. At the same time creating an aesthetical, sustainable, functional and pleasing the environment.
